the end of an era

just had my last economics paper yesterday, marking the end of my A levels. fingers crossed for the best results, due for release next year. can't say this journey hasn't been an eye opening one...

what i've learnt from A Levels:
1) if your neighbour is making a ruckus, do NOT in any circumstance try to make him stop by making more noise yourself. you will not succeed in a court case out of malice. also, try talking to him first before bringing the case to court, but do not put up with it for 20 years.

2) with my new-found critical analytic skills learnt from literature, Beauty and the Beast may very well be a subtle portrayal of the Stockholm syndrome. and also probably beastiality. O.o

3) radical feminists get a field day running around passing everything off as patriarchal. therefore i am only a liberal feminist.

4) you are being discriminated every single day. PRICE discriminated.

but no, not everything i learnt was useless...in fact, a lot i learnt remains useful actually. but it's too sappy to post a perfunctory thank you, and conventional is far from what i aim to be. ;)

on another note...just found out that oxford has refused my application. oh woe is me. :/
